Fully converted for permanent living and intensive cruising.

LAY OUT (from bow to stern) :


- Fore peak is storage.
- Owners cabin on the whole width, ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin, queen size bed, many cupboards and storage underneath the bed, hanging locker.
- Guests cabin with bunks, ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin. This cabin is designed to easily be transformed into a workshop/office area when not needed for guests.
- Center wheelhouse with the steering, all the instrumentation, a L shaped settee and table that seats five.
- Beneath the wheelhouse there is an engine room with the generator, the central heating boiler, batteries, water tank and fuel tank for domestic use, deck wash, water pressure pump.
- Aft of the pilot house are the airconditioned salon/dining quarters : salon with four arm chairs then an L shaped banquette around a strong oak table designed to seat eight. This large and airy space, leads to a spacious aft cockpit covered by a permanent awning.
- The fully equiped galley is conveniently located in between the inside dining area and the deck space (equiped with a teak table and colorful banquette for eight).
- Beneath the cockpit floor is the engine housing with easy access.

This is a unique Luxemotor really well designed. She can access the whole european canal network including the Midi. Perfect size to get to all the marinas. Only one owner since she was converted. Excellent professional woodwork throughout. Last docking in 2007 (replacement of propshaft and survey). This ship as been meticulously maintained and kept up to date by owners for 17 years. Easy to handle, fast, she is one of the prettiest peniche on the canals.
