LAYOUT from stern to bow :

Sundeck on top of the bargees accomodation which is totally independant from the main part ; the accomodation includes a kitchen, a bedroom, a saloon and shower/wc -  Pilot house – A spacious deck space covered with an awning – Stairs leading to the living room , open galley – On port side stairs leading to a spacious saloon (under the deck space) – From the dining room a hallway on starboard serving a wc, a bathroom, a bedroom and at the end the master bedroom on the whole width . Below this main accomodation there is an ultra large storage space, 160m2,  easy access from the saloon (workshop, water tanks, filtration unit) .

Comfortable fully converted vessel in good condition. Very good mooring location, 50mn from Paris either by train or freeway (A13 entrance 6km from the  boat).  Fully certified, ES-TRIN valid until 2027 . Good hull maintenance, last haul ourt in 2017.
